Anand founded Dexler immediately after his education. In July 2001, he set up and led the operational merger of two existing firms to form Dexler Information Solutions Pvt Ltd.

He has over the last 10 years led Dexler into Education, Consulting and Enterprise Mobility Solutions. He has led the prime customer engagements in India and globally.

Holds a BE in electronics and communication from RV College of Engineering. Has created one of India’s few successfully integrated e-learning companies with strong corporate, institutional and retail customer.

Extremely motivated and passionate about what he does, he spends his free time catching up on world news, golf and new technology areas.
Hemalatha Srinivasan - Director - Strategy and Planning

With over 23 years, she began as a teacher for CBSE students in French, Accountancy and Commerce and has been an evaluator for the Xth and XIIth Board exams for two years in a row. She then completed over 8 years with NIIT in their Training line (Career Education Group) beginning as a faculty and covering multiple roles including Placements. Quality, Technical Head, Systems, Train the Trainer programs and Management Development Programs before resigning as the Zonal Head of Information Systems for Karnataka, Kerala and Goa Regions. She has created and deployed multiple soft skills programs from foundation courses like Communication Skills to Mentor Program for senior management within NIIT.

She joined Dexler in 2002 in the capacity of Chief of Operations, moved onto head all Delivery arms and is currently Director - Strategy and Planning . Her key specializations include, Strategizing and building Training Excellence, Process Development, Building teams and People Management.
Vipul Mehrotra - AVP - Strategic Finance

Vipul joined Dexler in 2004, and has managed multiple lines of business including SAP Consulting Delivery, Global Mentoring Service, End-user Education Services and Enterprise Learning Services; over the past couple of years has helped transition and realign the SAP consulting practice to company's core strength in Training & Education. A Certified SAP consultant, Vipul has been part of multiple onsite and offshore SAP engagements in consultant, core team & end-user training, SAP systems heath-check & audit, offshore support & onsite SAP implementations. He presently heads Strategic Finance.

Equipped with over fifteen years of experience in investment, real estate and SAP consulting, Vipul has worked in start-ups / niche players as well as the largest companies in the same space. A regular contributor to leading newspapers as columnist, he holds a Masters of Business Administration from Leeds University Business School.
Viren Goyal - Head Sales

With over nine years of experience, he has exposure in technology, product design to strategic sales through this entire career. Viren has a rich experience and understanding of building end to end learning solutions for a broad spectrum of customer needs. He had been actively involved in setting up of two flagship retail initiatives-SAPoneWorld and Learning on Demand from Dexler built in partnership with SAP.

Prior to this role, Viren served as the Regional Head of DeLTA (Dexler eLearning and Training Applications) Division. In this role he was responsible for performance of project delivery, customer satisfaction and operating efficiencies.

Prior to joining Dexler, Viren worked with Liqwid Krystal that was also focused in the Education markets. He has designed many learning solutions for corporate houses such as HCL, Satyam, Cognizant etc during his tenure at Liqwid Krystal.

Viren, Holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from RVCE, Bangalore and a Masters in Business Administration in International Business from FHT Esslingen, Germany. Viren’s hobbies include trekking, the outdoors and golf.
Dushyant Shetty - Head Technology

With a background in technology education and global experience in software product engineering, consulting, training and technology management spanning over 12 years, he has been part of the SAP Technology and Education ecosystem since 2002. He has earned his credentials as a SAP Certified Technical Consultant and Oracle Certified Trainer after pursuing a Bachelors degree in Physics from the University of Bombay.

Through his career, as a technology trainer, he has trained and mentored thousands of individuals in subjects ranging from Java, Oracle products and SAP Netweaver, among others.

Prior to Dexler, he headed Training and IT for Genovate Solutions, and worked with SAP Asia-Pacific, as a Specialist Consultant and Lead Technology Trainer for key customers in multiple geographies.

He joined Dexler in 2008, and leads the product engineering team that manages the evolution of DeLTA, Dexler’s social, retail-enabled learning platform that powers learning portals like www.saponeworld.com and Learning on Demand by SAP. He is responsible for the SAP Enterprise Learning Consulting Practice that delivers bespoke, customized and integrated implementations to SAP Enterprise Learning customers with specific needs.
