Responsibilities:

• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.

• Develop creative, value-enhanced Instructor/ELearning/Class/Web based training, modules in multiple subject areas for vocational, technical and corporate training
• Create interactive e-learning courses and similar products by applying ID expertise to identity objectives, design course content and layout, create e-learning storyboards and assessments
• Ensure quality control of instructional design and content accuracy and adherence to product design guidelines
• Research and keep abreast of evolving instructional design standards and innovations
• Help in evolving new Style Guides for IDs, as and when new projects are started
• Develop activities by learning to use the Raptivity templates
• Knowledge of developing scripts from Captivate files

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 3 to 7 years’ experience in Instructional Design
• Basic knowledge of ID concepts, e-learning technologies, products, and implementation strategies, use of web as an instructional medium
• Should have worked on ADDIE (Analysis/Design/Development/Implementation/Evaluation) or any ID Tool compulsorily
• Experience in content creation in various domains through research, analysis, and adaptation
