Learning on Demand has been described as "making available just the right amount of training, at the right time for those who need to possess the knowledge or learn the skill". Learning on Demand by SAP is a web based learning environment for providing relevant training and information on the SAP Enterprise Solution, to individuals working in the enterprise environment. A range of highly interactive web-based courses are available for learners. The learner can purchase or subscribe to courses necessary to upgrade his skills. It primarily focuses on SAP consultants or individuals who have an understanding of the enterprise solution. The courses under Learning on Demand by SAP are designed by SAP. They have been converted into e-learning modules and are delivered globally by Dexler in partnership with SAP. The fee-based training is available for purchase online as individual course titles or on subscription basis. They can be classified as Individual courses - Providing unlimited access to the individual course purchased for a period of 6 months Subscriptions - Providing unlimited access to all SAP fee-based courses for a period of 12 months

SAP partners and customers using the enterprise solution, can also purchase the fee-based titles for access by their employees.
